Yoosit Points

Yoosit users are able to earn Yoosit points by listing items and receiving ratings. These points can then be exchanged with other Yoosit members for goods or services.

You receive points by handing in a points request email in case of the following cases:

  1. By listing an item.
  2. By getting a 5 star rating.
  3. By recommending a friend to enlist an item.
  4. By reaching an A-list user.

How much points are granted per case:

  1. By listing an item you receive the following amount of points per following case:

    • Between a listing unit value of 10euro/10points and 30euro/30points a 50 points are granted.
    • Between 31euro/31points and 50euro/50points a 75 points are granted.
    • Between 51euro/51points and 70euro/70points a 100 points are granted.
    • Between 71euro/71points and 100euro/100points a 150 points are granted.
    • Between 101euro/101points and 150euro/150points a 250 points are granted.
    • Between 151euro/151points and 200euro/200points a 350 points are granted.
    • Between 201euro/201points and 350euro/350points a 400 points are granted.
    • Between 301euro/301points and 500euro/500points a 500 points are granted.
    • Between 501euro/501points and above, 1000 points are granted.
    NB:
    *Yoosit will not allow any misuse of this point allocation. Yoosit has the right to refuse or deny a point’s allocation if Yoosit feels or has any indication that user is abusing the system in his/her favour. For instance renting an ordinary bike will not be the same as renting a villa with pool!
    Yoosit will be strict and vigilant with this issue. It could result in banning a user for good without warning.
    *If you have an issue or you are not sure about the value of your property then please communicate it first with us.
    *If the listing is taken out of the platform within 6 months from the points allocation then the granted points will be withdrawn.
    *If an account is deleted then the saved points will be deleted automatically.
    *Points are only meant for active users.

  2. By getting 5 star ratings you receive the following amount of points per following case:

    • Per 5 star rating an amount of 50 points are granted.
    • Per 5th 5 star rating an extra amount of 100 points are granted on top.
    NB:
    *Yoosit will not allow any misuse of this point allocation. Yoosit has the right to refuse or deny a point’s allocation if Yoosit feels or has any indication that user is abusing the system in his/her favour.
    Yoosit will be strict and vigilant with this issue. It could result in banning a user for good without warning.
    *Yoosit only accepts reviews from subscribed and verified users.

  3. By recommending a friend to enlist an item:

    • 100 points per recommendation.
    NB:
    *The recommended person has to enlist an item first for at least 3 months. If the listing is taken out within 3 months the 100 points will be recollected.

  4. By reaching an A-list user:

    • 500 points are granted.
      *You are an A-list user when you achieve 20 times 5-star reviews as host and as user together.

Points Transactions:

Point transaction takes place on the messages environment. When host and guest agree an offer then the transaction process can take place by clicking on “Make an offer for one of your listings” underneath the conversation chain.
